Sales are the lifeblood of all business. To succeed, businesses must both grow sales with existing customers and sell to new ones.
This Workshop focuses on these two activities; breaking down the sales process from planning and prospecting for new customers, and securing customer loyalty and repeat orders.
Participants will be introduced to tools and techniques which will allow them to identify customers, make the first contact, manage a sales meeting, close the sale, and ultimately sell successfully.
