Mainly used in the automotive industry, hydroprinting is a process which allows you to print a 2d image on to a 3 dimensional object – allowing for the combination of printmaking and sculpture. Firstly, an image can be screen-printed on to a plastic film, which is then put on the surface of a tank of water that the object is dipped in to transfer the design.
