Venue: Creative Spark, Dundalk
Creative Spark will host a free coding event for girls, aged between 8 and 12 years. This event will introduce girls to computer science and coding in a fun and creative environment, inspiring them to become digital creators in the future.
This fun workshop will cover the basics of computer coding using Scratch, a visual programming language for children. The girls will learn how to design and code their own animation. They will learn how code works and how they can express their creativity using technology. Limited places, so booking essential!
Let’s inspire girls to embrace technology, enhance their skills in the valuable and rewarding area of computer science, and encourage them to become innovators and inventors of technology in the future.
