Description
The DIY Extrusion Plate Workshop is a collaboration between Etaoin, a talented ceramist, and Oscar from the Enterprise FabLab. In this hands-on workshop, participants will have the opportunity to craft their own clay extruder plates using metal and a waterjet cutter machine.
Etaoin, known for her tableware and captivating ceramic sculptures crafted in Dundalk, Co. Louth, brings her expertise in ceramics to the workshop. Her mastery of the pottery wheel and various hand-building techniques adds a creative dimension to the experience.
Guiding participants through the design and fabrication processes is Oscar, the Education and Operations Manager at the Enterprise FabLab, situated within Creative Spark. With his extensive background in fabrication and education, Oscar ensures that participants gain valuable insights and skills throughout the workshop.
