Artist in residence at Creative Spark, Laura, will focus on colour mixing and painting techniques, while Niamh will lead a drawing activity based on jungle themed characters, all inspired by the art of Henri Rousseau. The event will provide children with an opportunity to explore their creativity, learn new skills and have fun 

National Drawing Day is an annual initiative by the National Gallery of Ireland, supported by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, which brings together dozens of partner venues across Ireland for a day of artistic exploration and expression. Creative Spark is delighted to be part of this initiative and looks forward to welcoming children of all ages to its Jungle-themed art event.
