This 6-session workshop series is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionising the retail and service industries. Through a combination of interactive presentations, group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will explore topics ranging from customer experience enhancement and inventory management to ethical considerations in AI.
Hands-on demos and live applications will be incorporated to ensure practical understanding and application of AI concepts.
Our training program kicks off on November 28th at 12pm and unfolds on the following dates:
