Over the last years, Creative Spark has held an event every January in the context of the First Fortnight mental health awareness campaign, at which artists, writers, musicians or just anybody who felt like it was invited to present their creative practices or talk about what it means to them to be creative. Alongside this, practical arts activities were provided, many by AAEX (Art as Exchange).

Unfortunately, this can’t happen this year, but Creative Spark and AAEX have teamed up to provide a shorter online event, at which AAEX artists and members of the Creative Spark Print Studio present, how they managed to navigate 2020 from a creative perspective. And yes there will also be a practical activity anybody can join in, so have some drawing tools or paint and brushes at the ready!
