This online course is ideal for small businesses seeking opportunities.

The course covers:

  • An Overview of Public Procurement - the importance of effective tendering – how the tendering process works and how effective tendering can develop a business’s client-base and increase revenue;
  •  Why buyers choose the successful tender: what sells your tender - the motivations, requirements and methodologies of the tendering organisation.
  •  Sources of tendering opportunities including local opportunities, State tendering processes and practical opportunities outside Ireland – and how to access them and get included on tender lists: This includes an overview and tour of e-tender and the other European e-tender sites.
  • How to adopt a systematic approach to considering and responding to tender requests
  • Understanding and writing the bid from the customer perspective
  • The dos and don'ts of tender writing.

This course will be facilitated by Navigate Change Consulting.
