Looking for Remote Working Solutions

Over the last two years, the way we work has changed, with increased flexibility on hours and location, more people are looking to make remote working a permanent fixture in their lives, whether it be on a full or part-time basis. At Creative Spark we are pleased to offer a variety of remote working services that could be perfect for you!

Hot-Desking

Hot-desking is an affordable and convenient solution for anyone looking for a temporary workspace. Available to book for a full or half-day you have access to the building between the hours of 9-5. Our bright, airy workspaces make it the perfect location to get your work done.

Co-Working

Our Co-Working facility offers a dedicated workspace which you can hire on a monthly basis. This workspace includes a pedestal for you to secure your belongings while you are away from your desk, following a probationary period, you will have 24-hour access to the building so you can make remote working work for you! Included in our co-working package, you will be able to avail of our postal address service!

Creative Spark appreciates that you may need to conduct business over the phone or over Zoom, which is why we have recently installed privacy booths in our facility which you can use when required. These privacy booths have been kindly funded Connected Hubs and Enterprise Ireland.

Legislation on Remote Working

Last month, the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment released a statement regarding The Right to Request Remote Work Bill 2021. The aim of this bill is to benefit everyone, economically, socially and environmentally. Employees can submit their request to their employer and a response must be issued within 12 weeks.

‘’The policy objectives of the legislation are essentially to provide a legal framework around which requesting, approving or refusing a request for remote work can be based. It will also provide legal clarity to employers on their obligations for dealing with such requests.’’
