The 42/43 Clanbrassil Street Dundalk renovation project has been reborn as the Creative Spark Downtown Hub. This massive transformation took a building vacant for over 15 years and turned it into a modern and open co-working space. The project was masterfully designed by our tenants, Architectural Spaces.

Since opening last June everyone who visits or works in the hub regularly admirers or talks about particular features of the design.

This is completely down to the creative eye and attention to detail we received from Grainne O’Neill of Architectural Spaces. She managed to breathe new life into the building while also staying true to its 19^th Century roots.

Working on the project with Grainne and the team we received exceptional service. Someone was always on the other end of the phone to answer any queries we had and nothing was ever a problem.
