Tracy Fry

Tracy Fry is a printmaker/painter/ from Dundalk County Louth who studied printmaking in the National College of art and Design in Dublin and has been working full time as an artist since 2018. Her newest works are heavily textured and sculptural - a mix of printmaking and painting skills which comprise of collagraph print plates that are painted and resin coated. Her pieces are based on the natural world, capturing the patterns and textures around her in plants, flowers, animals and a particular love of maps. She continues to expand her paint and print work across varied media. Other works utilise natural materials including copper, aluminium, slate and wood. She undertakes commission-based maps, landscape painting and portrait painting work in addition to producing a large selection of etched and pained slate gifts.
